Foundation
Infina was founded with an independent partnership structure, separate from financial institutions.
FinBase
The FinBase product family was developed and launched, quickly gaining traction and being adopted by numerous institutions across various scopes.
Strategic Partnership with Expersoft System AG
A strategic partnership was established with Expersoft System AG, a Swiss software company specialized in Private Banking and Family Office applications. The Expersoft PM1 application is still successfully used by many financial institutions today.
Infleks Product Family
In 2007, development work on INFLEKS began to renew the products architecturally and technologically. INFLEKS products comprehensively meet the needs of the capital markets.
Individual Custody and Trade Product
Infina made its first collaboration in the individual custody field and also started the development of the Infleks Trade product.
Growth in Infina Products and Implementation of E-Document Processes
By 2015, Infina’s product Infleks Varlık, along with investment funds, portfolio management companies, and investment partnerships, had become widespread in Turkey, and the e-Ledger and e-Invoice structures were implemented.
R&D Center
Infina established its R&D Center and shortly after opened a Technopark office in Malatya, Turkiye.
Oneriver
Oneriver was established as Infina’s first spin-off and began providing services in the field of robo-advisory.
Integration of Services and Infleks Wealth Management
Infina initiated integration efforts between Services and Infleks Varlık and established its Quality Department to maintain standardization across all its products and services.
Fund Cash Flow Solution and DigitalPark Technopark Office
In 2021, Infina launched the Fund Cash Flow Solution, which facilitates the operations of portfolio management companies, and also opened its office in DigitalPark Technopark.
PMO and Institutionalization Efforts
During this period, Infina established the Project Management Office (PMO) to maintain quality assurance and further enhance customer satisfaction.
i-Suite Product Family
With the integration of Analytics BI applications under the i-Suite umbrella, a unified and more accessible user experience was achieved.

As of today, Infina celebrates its 30th year in the financial world, stepping into the future with a modern, innovative, and globally oriented new identity.
