Personal Data Protection Policy
As İnfina Yazılım A.Ş. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), we respect the privacy of your personal life and exercise the utmost care in protecting your personal data. In this regard, pursuant to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as “KVKK”), we would like to inform you about the purposes of processing your personal data, the transfer processes, the methods of collection, and your rights.
a) Purpose of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
- Carrying out the necessary activities by the relevant units so that you can benefit from the products and services offered by the Company,
- Promoting and recommending these products and services to you,
- Conducting communication activities,
- Managing the application processes of employee and internship candidates,
based on the legal grounds specified in Article 5(2) of the KVKK, namely:
- “c) Processing of personal data belonging to the parties of a contract is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract,” and
- “f) Processing of data is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.”
b) Transfer of Processed Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred to third parties without requiring your explicit consent, pursuant to Article 8(2)(a) of the KVKK, for the following purposes:
- To comply with legal obligations, your personal data may be shared with authorized persons, institutions, and organizations if necessary or upon request.
- For the purpose of following legal processes, your personal data may be shared in a limited manner with our attorneys who are bound by confidentiality obligations.
c) Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is collected orally, in writing, or electronically through automated or non-automated methods, in accordance with the purposes specified in section (a) of this text and based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5(2) of the KVKK. In this context, your data may be collected through the following means:
- Filling out the contact form on our website,
- Reaching us via e-mail,
- Sending a résumé/CV,
- Visiting our website,
- Communicating through social media platforms.
d) Your Rights Under Article 11 of the Law
As the personal data subject, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company using the methods set out below in this Clarification Text, our Company will conclude your request free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if a fee is stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee determined in the applicable tariff will be charged. In this context, personal data subjects have the right to:
- Learn whether personal data is being processed,
- Request information if personal data has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of the processing of personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, whether domestically or abroad,
- Request the correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed and request that the relevant correction be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
- Request the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist, even if it has been processed in compliance with the KVKK and other relevant laws, and request that this deletion/destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
- Object to a result that is to their detriment arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- Request compensation if they suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.
In this regard, you may submit your requests concerning your personal data by filling in all the information specified in the Data Subject Application Form available on our website, preferably through the following methods:
- By visiting our Company in person at the address: Kısıklı, Alemdağ Cd. Masaldan İş Merkezi No:60 G Blok No:9-10, 34692 Üsküdar/İstanbul,
- By sending a written request via notary or registered mail with return receipt, for identity verification and to ensure that information is not shared with the wrong persons,
- Through our registered electronic mail (KEP) address: [email protected],
- By sending an e-mail to [email protected] using a secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or (if available) your e-mail address previously provided to our Company and registered in our systems,
- Or through other methods that may be determined by the Board in the future.
e) Retention Period of Personal Data
The Company deletes, destroys, or anonymizes personal data upon the expiration of the purpose for processing or the mandatory retention periods determined under applicable laws and relevant regulations.
f) Amendments and Updates
This clarification text has been prepared in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and the relevant applicable legislation. Necessary changes may be made to this clarification text in line with amendments to the applicable legal regulations and/or changes in the Company’s purposes and policies regarding the processing of personal data.
